- Parts carry the warranty provided by the supplier we purchase your part from.
- 90 Replacement Warranty on used parts unless specified otherwise. Used parts are tested before being sold.
- We do not offer refunds on our custom built computers but they are warrantied for 2 years.
- We do not offer refunds on used computers. We will work with you to find something that is better suited for your needs.
- No refunds on “Bargain” Computers. “Bargain” Computers are labeled as such.
- Parts carry the refund policy provided by our supplier less a restocking fee.
- Used parts we stock are warrantied for 7 days to 1 year depending on the part.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds back to credit cards can take a few days. When we do a refund to a credit card, it is sent to our merchant at the time of the refund.
